Does anyone know of some affiliate programs related to karate or other martial arts, whether it be selling classes, equipment, books, etc?

Ebay too! Do a search for awma or karate and see if any of the sites in the results run affiliate programs.
I used to run one on CJ. Im drawing a blank on the name but search their interface for karate and you will find it.
