Karate Kid - Watch it and see the difference between the first movie

Well, Jackie Chan is really getting old now, but still his movie are still getting viewers and the last movie is really great and very inspiring, I watch Karate Kid together with my kids and they enjoyed it.

 

I haven't seen the new one, but remakes are rarely as good as the original. However, Jackie Chan's movies are usually pretty good. I'll have to see it.

 

It was not actually a karate movie but a kung fu martial arts. According to Hollywood critics, there was sort of deception the way the movie was introduced to the public. There wasn't karate there. People often mistake all types of martial arts as karate.

 

I think it's funny that, of all movies to remake, they chose the Karate Kid. I hope they remake all of them now.

 

I have seen this movie with my kid too and that movie was amaizng one, i too enjoyed it

yep, I watched the Karete Kid movie last Sunday. It was really awesome.

 

I have not watched this movie, but I wanted to watch this movie as soon as possible

after seeing this tread, i feel like watching it again. i find this movie funny and i like jaden and jakie

 

I have to see Jackie Chan in this movie, I love all movies with him.

 

This is a great movie especially the move which Jaden does at the end of it which is amazing.

 

This is one remake that I really enjoyed. It did vary from the original plot a bit, but i thought it was really well executed. What amazed me the most is just how much jayden smith resembles his father. His mannerisms, facial expressions and way of speaking are so close that I had to do a double take a couple of times. Chan was brilliant as usual. The only pet peeve I had was that they still call it The Karate Kid, even though he's learning kung fu lol

 

I dont like The Karate Kid 2010 at all crap movie waste of time.

But the original ones are much better

Well I liked the movie and the way Will smith's son picked up and started speaking Chinese in the movie it was really funny.
Yes obviously Jackie Chan will become old, as he does not have an immortal body... lol !!!
BTW now there is new movie of the actor coming up next month which is in Chinese. It is something related to the lone warrior movie which was in chinese too. Jackie Chan doesnot look so old in that movie
