Hello. I saw kanoodle mention on this board, so I decided to give it a try. My country isn't available in their list but I didn't think it matters much so I picked neighboring country but wrote my country in state field. It all went fine and then I deposited 25.00$. After that my account was suspended pending phone verification. I never got the call. I contacted them and they replied that they couldn't reach me. I made sure I gave them correct phone number again, but nothing happened after that. They informed me that they have to protect against credit card fraud and they close accounts that can't be verified. I've been using 7search for some time now, and they had no problem calling me to verify identity. I don't have a problem with my kanoodle account being closed but I don't like the fact that 25$ went down the drain. It is a small amount of money but it is matter of principle and I feel like I've been cheated by them. So what is to stop them from telling anyone they want, we couldn't call you, your account is closed and take their money. They could have offered alternative to phone call verification if that failed to confirm I am not committing CC fraud. Anyway, I was wondering did anyone have similar experience? I guess I could phone them to ask about it but for few minutes of phone call to US I'd probably get a bill around 25$ so it doesn't seem worth it.
Ok, thanks for confirming. Well I don't like what they are doing and getting away with it. Don't know if it is gonna do any good but I'll probably file a complaint about them at: http://www.ic3.gov/
