I am selling my Justin Bieber fan page, simply because I got tired of managing a page about that little brat. The site is made in Wordpress, gets 12k unique organic hits per month, contains a well visited wallpaper section, has lyric posts for all his songs (great for CPA ringtones) and has some unique gossip stories that still catch traffic here and there. Demographic
The main visitors come from US, UK and CA and are typically teens in the age of 14-18. Dedicated Justin Bieber fans, very responsive and eager to comment.

Revenue
The sites makes a stable $50-$60 from Adsense per month as it is now, not updated for months. With some optimization, CPA monetization and SEO work it could probably make a lot more than that. I have had ringtones and content locking on the wallpapers, but i did not think it made enough, so i switched it off in favor for adsense.

Whether or not you decide to redevelop the site or not, this site will be a stable earner to your assets.

So it looks like something went wrong when i entered the sales data, and I can not find a way to edit it now. The monthly revenue is NOT 12.500 (I wish) , thats the number of unique visitors. Revenue is, as mentioned, around $50 per month from Adsense.
