Old domain good SE saturation. No work involved in running it, all natural SE traffic.

Really hate to give this one away but I will be fair in pricing considering it's revenue is only $18/month (casalemedia) and $5/month (adsense).

New owner could simply use the already natural traffic to build a better humor site off this one. I've let the site just die but traffic still holds steady month to month because it's a good solid old domain and the SEs love it.

I am looking for the $350 to $450 range for a BIN.

The person that offers me highest in that range will get the site immediately. It doesn't "have to" be $450 but the closer you are in that range the more likely I will accept your offer.

Yes the CMS (vrating) is included but I have to work out it getting transferred from teh original owner which I never did when I bought it. It's honestly a piece of crap and if I were you I'd try something else. Which was always my intent when I got the time.

You don't need the CMS becaue the pages are all .HTML but it helps. I end up having to edit individual files sometimes anyway.

The traffic which is mainly SE traffic would easily support a move to a different CMS.
