I made some changes at www.justanotherlink.com, im pretty sure you will like them

Our regular links are now 100% free
Our featured links are now 100% free (*See rules below)

For a free featured link you must;

Submit your link as normal
Put our link on a page that is PR3 or higher (once our link gets removed so will your featured link)
Thats it

P.S. due to spam submissions, you will need to register first (it takes 2 mins and you only need 1 account to submit multiple links || plus you have access to view what links you have and have not submitted )

That is true that most of the directories introduced here get lot of spam and I think your ideea with registration is okay, tought some may quit submitting because of it. ( I mean quality sites)

i will see how it goes, also with registration on, you can manage all links you have submitted and might also be promoted to editor

 

I registered and the first link I tried to submit said the URL is not unique, since I don't see it listed maybe it is waiting to be approved from a previous release of the directory?

thanks, since turning on registration i have recieved 0 spam submissions, i was recieving 5 - 10 before even with capcha on.
