    Well I was just wondering if I should buy a domain that has expired. It has PR 3 and it's very catchy.

    When I used this tool (www.iwebtool.com/www.domain.com) I got this information:

    You have an average Google PageRank. Your website seems steady and known by many users. You have no Alexa Ranking, your website appears to be new and unrecognised by Alexa at this time.


    My question is: Is the domain worth the reg fee ?

    Depends how much it is, how many links it has and how old it is.

    You shouldn't buy a domain based on pagerank. That is only a small part of google's algo and more than like it will be reset once the domain is registered. If a domain still has many links then it may be worth purchasing just for that reason. However, at only a pr3 it is unlikely to have many. I would only register the name if you think the name itself is good.
