I do my own research/writing for my site and then optimize each web page. The reason why I don't use content syndication sites is that they never have what I really want. The government sites also don't have anything I want neither. I'm just curious what everyone else does. Do you guys research/write like me? Or do you get your info from somewhere - and if so, where? Or do you hire someone to write for you? I'm just curious. With a full time career and a family, I have to somehow make time to do the research and then writing. I'm tempted to go the other way and get content from content syndication sites. My question is to everyone...where do you get your info?
I just source the requisite material from the net. Study it carefully, understand it, and then write in my own style. t times it means researching 3-4 different sites for one article.
I do various articles, blogs, editorials, ect. I have clients from quite a few businesses and websites, and I more or less just do whatever they would like me to, whether that is a piece where I can take some creative liberties, or a solid marketing post with SEO targets. All in all, I just write, I guess.
If you're into building a lot of websites and need contents. Use content spinner to make it fast. It's good for search engine food.
If I am putting up expert content I write it myself. This is certainly true for any content designed to "sell" or elicit a particular response for the visitor. If I am putting up content that can easily be created by a non-expert with a little research I have a college student ghost writer do it for me.
I write for a living so lol, I do it on my own no matter what. I am a very fast researcher so it only takes me an hour to get all of the information, and then pen it out like I'm an expert on the topic.
I copy/paste, use article spinners and hire newbies to write unique exciting articles for my automated blogs [Which sets me back by a few cents]. [Joke]
Oh yeah? Well, I copy/paste your copy/pastes, spin it in a different article spinner, then I sell it back to the Newbies to give to you.
Yeah oh? I steal other people's work and change words and publish it, and I'm quite proud. Actually, I prefer to write all my articles from scratch, but I guess that's not for everyone. I feel it's worth the effort, though.
I get great results from writing all my own stuff. I have over 70 domains, so it is slow going trying to get all of them live (I buy domains faster than I design pages and write sites....) but I have over half my sites live now. Of course, I have a hard drive full of PLR because I fantasize that I am going to start taking shortcuts one day. I've used some PLR for sites I really don't care that much about, but I always rewrite by 30 percent or so.
