    Hey,

    Just wondering how much you would pay for my site...its an online text based game,
    www.republic-online.net

    It is PR4, about 5 years online, gets about 100 new signups every day, as far as i know about 20,000 unique visitors a month. It has revenues of approximately $500-700 per month.

    One more thing, if I get it up to PR5, would the value go up?

    I'd say about 10k, based on the revenue and age. Most sites are worth about 10 months income from what I've seen.

    Nice site. PR will increase the value only a bit since it is only a 4 to a 5. The age of the site adds a lot of value.

    I typically only pay 10 to 12x monthly revenue but others would probably more for your site.
