here is the first website i made for the pizzeria I work at....

    http://www.avivabrickoven.com
    Code (markup):
All I want is for the query "aviva brick oven" to yield the website link in popular searches. It's a very specific name, so I'm not competing with other pizzerias for google space. I added my url with google, which apparently can take weeks. How do I start getting results soon? I don't need crazy traffic, just for the people who already know what aviva is and want to see the online menu. I assumed it would come up right away, yet im finding yahoo and yelp reviews for it, while the domain for the real restaurant is nowhere to be found.

    thank you

Browse and read the posts on this forum, there is tonnes of information around here.

You want to start building backlinks to your site (links to your site from other pages) I suggest adding a link in your signature and making a few posts here.

You have an accurate domain and rather non-competitive niche. Just get yourself in google local search and local business directories. Let people know about your site and within a month or so you should rank above reviews.

Submit to the major social bookmarking sites. They are regularly crawled which'll help get your site indexed quickly.

Getting indexed is of course the first step to getting ranked.

Your domain avivabrickoven.com will likely rank #1 at Google VERY quickly for searches for "aviva brick oven" once it is indexed. The domain is an exact match for the search phrase and as others having indicated... there is NO competition for that phrase (only 1530 results).

As of now (11pm GMT 28 March 2009), this very thread is 3rd in the SERPs for your keyword in www.google.co.uk. Setting your sig link to point to your site with your chosen keyword is likely to be enough for your site to rank fairly well.
