    Thanks guys.. My target this month is to be at least #2 and I'm already a candidate for this year's promotion as Supervisor. Working as customer support is really hard, especially as Technical Support for DSL because most customers are "dumb" with regards to computers but recognitions like this one makes me more motivated... but of course my priority is still my blog when I get home..:D
