    If my site get banned from adsense can i put adsense ads with openx.org in that banned site
    or any other site from where i can show ads through code.

    will adsense find that ???

    What will be the point? If you are banned from Adsense you will not eligible for any revenue.

    my account is not banned one of my site is
    so if i put adsense ads throught that how will they detect that ???

    Lots of ppl show adsense ads using iframe
