Just want to know if I will get my Paypal back (please help!!)

    I posted the following on paypalsucks.com but didn't recieve an answer, so I'm asking DP.

    Well I had a personal account for like 2 years and verified about 1 year ago and I was frozen over a "fraudulant" transaction (I've heard many people have had this problem as well). Anyway I sent over my details etc... via fax for the unban and they said they would like to end business with me, when I asked why they said that it was because I was under 18 years old (which I am, as it showed on my passport). I rang and asked them (twice just to make sure the 1st wasn't bsing) and they said that when I'm 18 they will unlimit it 100 percent no problems. I e-mailed them on the same day as I rang them and the person replying to the e-mail sent me the same stock letter saying blah blah blah we want to end business with you.

    In short the question is, will I get by Paypal account back when I am 18...I have completed many many successfull trades via my paypal account and have only ever had 1 problem (this one) PLUS I am verified.

    In addition I would like to know if I got my mum to sign up to Paypal and used my bank account to verify if this would work?

    Because if I can't use Paypal I'm practically stuffed for using DP aren't I? Everyone uses Paypal...

    Well, you violated their TOS so I think it is more than fair for them to give your account back.

    Haha, this happened to me a while ago. I merely photoshopped my passport and they accepted it. They didn't question it or anything. And I googled some random picture that looked over 18 and stuckk it on. It was hilarious. Too bad they still for some reason didn't want to unlimit me.

    As they said when you are over 18 years old and whatnot, give them another call or email, and maybe send over your passport again and I guess they should give you your account back.

    you should not violate there terms
    you should open account on your mothers name I mean she should do that and there is a option in paypal to add users in that for access to account you can create that account under paypal and access your mothers account with your username and password
