Just want to ask some clarification

    Hello to our mods, I have this thread started http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1056697 , there is part of the rule which said no account creation, but I thought this is a service and it's an exception.

    But if I am wrong with my conception providing our service, please my apology and hope it will not cause my account in red flag. And You can remove it if this is a violation.
