Just the one Bottle of Coke!

    This happened last night!...True story!

    A guy in front of me at the shop handed over a 2 litre bottle of Coke, cost £1.99.
    The assistant said to him "they are on offer, you get 2 for £2.00, so the second bottle is only 1 penny"
    The guy said "no thanks i only want the one"
    He paid and left.
    A minute later he returned and said "ok i will take the second bottle" as he handed it over to the asistant.
    The assistant informed him" you cant have that for the 1 penny as you only get the offer if you buy two together, do you want to buy two now and get the offer?"
    To which he replied "oh no, i dont want three bottles", and paid £1.99 for another bottle and left:D:D
    We all had a good laugh!

    :D Well it's kinda tricky when you read it especially with some rules in regards with how they sell their promos. Though I gotta say that it was pretty stupid. :D
    Just get a Pepsi, a diet one. hehehe

    Generally, the discount theory propounded by the soft drink majors is to increase the sales and the guy should be too stupid to understand that :p
