I submitted my first article on ezinearticles.com and I'm waiting for approval. Now, how do I know if someone uses my article in their newsletter or on their website? Will ezinearticles.com notify me of this? Also, who makes sure that they will include my signature after publishing it? If I wanted to use an article from ezinearticles.com in my newsletter, who would I contact for this or do I just copy the article with the signature? They mention a 25 article limit/per year for publishers, but who checks this? I will probably never use than many anyways but I am interested to know how all of this is regulated.
There is not really much regulation. If your article is approved, they post it on the ezinearticles website with your signature box. If someone want's to use it, they usually just copy it and put it on their website. Most people include your signature box, some do not. There is no effective way of making sure people include the signature box when they use your article. A good way to find if someone is using your article is to google your articles title and see if anything comes up...
They made it sound like they protect your articles and monitor if your signature is added or not but it turns out they are just an article directory. Did anyone have any success with ezinearticles.com before I start spending hours and hours writing articles and submitting it to them? By success, I mean any increase in search engine rankings or more traffic.
If someone just copies your article without any permission they still get penalized because google frowns upon duplicate content unless linked back to the original source. Also just google the article title in "" and if you find someone using it without permission send them a message.
If I wanted to use an article from ezinearticles.com in my newsletter, who would I contact for this or do I just copy the article with the signature? You don't need to contact anyone, simply copy it and paste it. Be sure to include the resource box. Good Luck
