Looks nice - quick loading - easy to navigate.

    Your sitemap page doesn't work.

As far as Adsense, you might want to try putting it at the top in the middle and after the pictures.

Ditto about moving your ads if you're interested in income.

I'd consider adding the ability to comment on the images.

Otherwise, your site looks very good.

Thanks for the feedback so far! I do have commenting, but i think it needs to be more apparent.

Could you guys explain a little more about the positioning of the adsense. I have an ad in the header, on the right side (what i thought would be the middle) and in the footer. I would appreciate any clarity you can give me.

    Meaning,

    ad
    picture
    ad
    picture
    ad

...or something like that. Basically, the idea is don't put the ad to the right, put the ad where the people's eyes are going to be :). Try placing it directly above or below the pictures.

Start by looking at the AdSense heat map. Of course you want to balance intrusiveness vs your content -- anybody who clicks on an ad generates income for you, but they've also navigated away from your website.

Ads in the footer generally don't generate much clickage, but the way you have some navigation directly below might attrack attention that way.

The ads in your right sidebar will probably be almost completely ignored. Quaff's suggestion to mix the ads in with your photos will probably generate the max clicks. Getting rid of the borders around your AdSense ads often helps also.

Hey guys, thanks for the info. I made your changes and it makes sense and looks right. I am having an issue though. When you go on a phorph page, with the images, I have an ad set at the very top, then one right below the main image and then I have another one that is supposed to show below the first or second phorph. The code shows on the view source, but the ads don't show. I thought at first it was out of ads, but they don't seem to show on any of the pages. Any ideas why they are not showing?

You can have three Ad Units per page but only one Link Unit. The Link Units are the text-only "See ads about..." boxes.
