    is it fine to put your adsense code in your 2 sites? or you will have to sign up again for another adsense account?

    Only one adsense account per person. You can use account on any site of yours that does not violate TOS.

    You can place your Adsense code on as many sites as you like.

    Not sure about channels, I placed them on my sites and the clicks dropped dramatically, removed the channels and it returned to normal......guess it was something I did wrong but don't want to risk it again.

    Go to the tab AdSense for Content on the top ... then select Channels......

    and create the new channel you want :)
