Just started using CJ on my site

I just started using some CJ affiliate sites on my site this week. 468x60 banners rotate throughtout the site and I'm using some 120pxl blocks on my links page.

I'd like to better utilize CJ. Do you find it is more lucrative to start product/brand specific sites with specific domain names and utilize the CJ links then an over all usage like I currently have on my site today?

Can someone point me to a thread or two that shows a few good examples of using CJ and product specific pages? I've been searching the forums with not much luck.

    Thanks!

I think you would get better results if your banners were for car related products. I am not so sure how well domains/hosting/data backup will sell to a crowd thats there to talk about cars.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
My logic was that visitors may also be interested in the other offerings as well as the auto-related links.

Do you think I should stick with auto-related for now?

Start a blog and post specific items related to cars in the blog. You will receive more traffic and you will make more money. Read my ebook to learn how. It's free, easy to do and works.

I have a car specific blog already, I assume you are referring to a blog about cars in general?

I would strongly suggest putting content related ads on your site. Question: have you clicked on any of the ads here on Digital Point? Probably not. That isn't why you came here and they really aren't that related to the rest of the page. Product specific sites/pages with similar product related ads work much better for me.

I've modified my CJ usage to 99% automotive related sites. Thanks for the feedback - we'll see how it goes.
