Just Started Using AdBrite

I just started using AdBrite for my website www.boardingscene.com, and I must admit... I like it. I still have not actually sold any ad space, becasue I jsut started this week... but I did manage to make $1 from the links that AdBright put there for me. The site is still new, and does not have much traffic, so $1 for like 17 hours of being run, thats not bad. That is definately enough to pay for all my hosting fees every month.

Does anyone else here use AdBrite? Maybe you could share some tips with me to make more money.

    Thanks!

For three days now, my total is $5... Not to bad, compared to my weekly $1 with adsense. I am guessing I can expect about $10 per week on www.boardingscene.com. I like the fast that you can easily edit the ads as well.

No, I was talking about ads zone stats. The ads were showing right after I implemented the script code. By the way, do you know adbrite's ads ip? I wanna block it :p

    Thanks,

I tried adbrite for about two days. Got zip. The ads where partially relevant to my site. Seemed to show the same couple of ads over and over.

    I took it off.

I wasn't that patient. Got fed up after a few hours. I don't have time to waste until advertisers find out about me on AdBrite...

I think I got a couple clicks, but for the space it took up on my site, pretty worthless.

I got fed up from taking care of Adsense stop words when writing my blog entries. So, far, the average CPC is very low. Lower than the minimum CPC I ever got with Adsense. I am hoping to have higher CTR with Adbrite as my blog has some adult content and Adbrite serves that type of ads. If the increase in CTR does not counterbalance the low CTR , I am going back to adsense.

I used adbrite a long time ago and liked it. But over time it just did not pay off. I sold ad space as well as I bought adspace. Not worth the money in my opinion.

... I dont really think you will earn more than adsense, but the reson I use it, is becasue I can easily SELL adspace. This way I know I am going to makeso much a month, and it isnt a guessing game. Some peopel on adbrite manage to make over $10,000 a month by selling ads on their site. One major one I noticed today was megaupload.com. They seem to be doing very well.

I signed up a while ago, but just put an adzone on my site today. We'll see how it goes.
