Second pic what it has to do with web design is beyond me -- as to the first one, it's a laundry list of things NOT to do on a website as no matter how pretty that is, it would take FOREVER to load, and is relatively inaccessible.

You've drawn some very pretty pictures that shows off your talent as a artist -- what that has to do with practical deployable web design of sites people would actually want to use is pretty much nothing; since starting out drawing a pretty picture of a website and then shoe-horning content into it is putting the cart before the horse. That's why the entire notion of screwing around in Photoshop or your paint program of choice before you have content of value marked up semantically with the layout built using CSS -- letting the content (or a reasonable facsimile) dictate the layout -- is a back-assward approach if you care about functionality, usability, accessibility, deployability, maintainability, sustainability, or even just simple page load speeds.

There's a reason you don't see a lot of actually successful websites that are that graphic heavy... even if you might wow a suit and prey on their ignorance by delivering flash with no substance.

Though -- you might have a lot of success if you opened up a advert driven wallpaper website to put your graphics skills to use. For 'normal' websites or web design, not so much.

For first it looks like a flash web template, that's now get dislikes 100/100. So It could be a waste of time to build a PSD of that.
And for 2nd... you must try 3ds Max to put your knowledge in box.

I think this website is too heavy and it takes time for the user to see all of the content completely loaded. Some users dont want to wait and immediately close or exits your site. Make sure that your images and designs file size is not too large.
