The problem is that in the business I am in people shop around a lot and pay per click has not worked for me all that well. I end up paying out more than I make at the end of the day.
That is not true. I do care about my affiliates and I do want them to make money, but I am in business to make money and if at the end of the day my bottom line is negative, well that is not helping me very much. I have two kids to feed and loosing money day after day is going to be the end of my business if I do that. If my affiliates are not happy with this arrangement, then they don't need to join. Its not like I am telling them one thing and paying out another. The details of my program are outlined on my affiliate page and they know what they are signing up for when they sign up. Thank you for your suggestions. Hopefully when my advertising $s are not so tight, I can offer more to my affiliates.
