Just started a new website with google adsense, any advice?

So I just started a new website from October 2011. I started with 200 views/day then I got to 400, then 600 views, 1k, 2k, 3k, etc. I sent my submission to google adsense for several times and got disapproved three times. Earlier this January I got approved. My website has grown with many visitors during three months, now I have 10,000 visitors average per day, with the highest record 14k. I've been trying so hard to raise visitors, with no money spent (I don't do ads), since I'm just a high school grad.

I'm still learning to maximize the revenue from my website, but the more clicks I get the lower CPC I get! It's depressing, it's like my effort raising visitors won't affect anything :( When I only get one click my PPC is like $0.44 and the more clicks I get it gets lowered to $0.16 something.

Is there any PPC Advertising better than google adsense? Just because MOST people use it doesn't mean that it's the best, right? I'm thinking about publishing on xtendmedia.com or maybe fetchback.com but I think I have to have 20k impressions per day, first. Any thoughts about xtendmedia/fetchback? And how do I get paid more from google adsense? Thanks!

yes, adsense is the best, not because many publishers use it, but because many advertisers use it, so the competition/bids are higher.
Honestly I would not complain about cpc above $0.1
what is important is your RPM, I think from $5 it's ok.

I've tried many and you will not find anything that comes even close to adsense.

*Envious of JamesColin, great times were had in Pattaya and couldn't imagine living there...

Do try Adbrite, the ad network is good and with the impression you get . You can earn a good amount. But nothing can beat adsense for now.

You know what's the most amazing thing of all from your post OP? The fact that you say you are a high school grad, yet you have a website that has gained 10,000 visitors within 3 months of going live.. If the above is true (not doubting you just heard so much crap in these forums) then you are destined to make a fortune if you carry on this way.. Well done ;-)

    ...and yes... Stick with Adsense!

One other thing... I just thought... You could play around with your google adsense units. You will be amazed at how changing the size, color or layout can double your income.. I did with mine.. Without seeing the site I can't comment further on whether you have them placed to maximum efficiency.. PLEASE DO NOT tell us though what your site is... too many people looking to copy ideas around here.. Just saying it would be nice to see to advise that's all.. You can trust me 100% if you want to pm me a link...I would be happy to advise you...

There is really no ppc better than adsense, unless you are willing to offer direct advertising on your site. By the way congratulations on the traffic. Receiving more than 10 thousands views only in only 3 months is really a great accomplishment so you shouldn't really be worried about the low CPC. If the data you gave us is correct you, your income will increase. May i ask what kind of website are you running and what methods did you use to get so much traffic?

Adsense is the best. You may need to review your ad placement, without seeing your site its hard to say. If you want to pm me, I can have a look and make some recommendations for you.
