The reputation of paypal has been negatively affected continuously for years now since the development of sites such at paypalsucks.com and such where thousands of customers tell of their stories when dealing with paypal. I would choose another company If i could ever find one of quality and popularity but there really is no such thing.

Well firstly, it wasn't a personal payment.

Secondly, why such diverse explanations by paypal??

I was informed that my client made a fraudulent payment... If this isn't true, I spoil my relationship with my client by doubting him and questioning him...

Who will pay for this business damage that is being caused by paypal??

There are many who are suffering from this problem and our poor clients are getting harrased for resending the payment..

It's really sad to know that a company like Paypal can get involved in such a big goof up..

may be they will remove our country from their list (so called unsupported country like Bangladesh) and keep money with them

I am sure PayPal is aware of everything, if its fraudulent payment, then suddenly they found out that only Indian users are dealing with fraudulent payments!! huh!

I have no clue of what's really going on, but it surely is evident that they are ruling it all and we seem to have no choice...

Well PayPal is just making us move round and round, they said same thing to me also as they said to vijeta that they found this transaction to be risky and hence they reversed it back. They asked me to ask my client to send payment again to me and they will analyze it and if they found this payment to be ok then they will authorize it.

I had also withdrawn $xx to my bank account. 7 days had already passed. I had gone to my Bank and asked them. I also called the NEFT section of SBT Bank which is at Mumbai. They said that they didn't received yet a payment from PayPal. So how they can credit the money to my account.

Another valuable information that I want to share to those who have Indian PayPal accounts is that, the money that is credited to my bank account is from the Deutsche bank, where PayPal have their bank account. The Customer Service Representative told me to ask the UTR number of transaction from PayPal.

Well from this it looks obvious that people inside paypal themselves are unaware of what exactly is happening to Indian accounts or they might be feeding us with the wrong information on purpose.

Yes it's possible. Now you can verify your account by just linking a bank account number with your paypal Id. Once you add your bank acc number there, paypal will send 2 small deposists to your bank acc....you need to check with your bank within 4-6 business days and enter the deposit amount into your paypal acc again. That's it, your account gets verified.
