just signed up for yahoo ads (sponsored search) and i have a question

    i have an 80 dollar ballance (30 dollar deposit and 50 from promo code)

    will that balance carry over if i doen't use it?

    You can promote your site anywhere in the world. The only thing is, if you are selling products or services to the US market, you would be wasting your advertising money by promoting elsewhere, so make sure you get the geographical area you want set up properly.
