I can't even tell you how many blog owners (who have very popular blogs) make piddily amounts of money with google adsense. Good news: there are other ways to generate money via your blog. First off, think outside the "norm." If you have not all ready, sign up with clickbank and start promoting other people's product and recieve a much bigger cut (vs. the pennies adsense will give you.) When deciding on what to sell, make sure that it is something your readers truly will value and like! Also, make sure that the commission is good enough for you. I personally have seen the awesome results that clickbank can have. There are a lot more ways to generate money, but more on that later.
Those who want to earn through Adsense have different strategies than earning thorugh Clickbank. clickbank does not have products promoting keywords such as "pesonal injury attorneys" or "tax attorneys". These two happen to be high-paying Adsense keywords.
i am having daily visitor about 500 and getting only $10-$15/month through adsense.i think i should try other options
Adsense, if used correctly, can bring in a decent amount of income..... you shouldnt overlook it. (The key here - if used correctly)
Adsense is by far the best opportunity to earn passive income, by passive income i mean passive, you put in the efforts in the initial years, once your site has the rankings for the desired keywords and adsense all over the pages, you got to hit jackpot (unless you chose the wrong keywords) Clickbanks and other affiliate products needs day to day attention and work, so it cannot be called passive income
Who says everybody earns pennies with adsense? Wake up and Look around, there are millionaires around you sitting on their adsense goldmines. You don't earn that much with adsense, doesn't mean nobody else can't earn with adsense.
Is this a new way really? Many ones here do know that affiliate do pay more PPC advertising per each conversion you made. Do you think convince people to pull out money from their pocket is easier than made them clicked? You cannot assume everyones would made only pennies with Adsense. Even you can made some sales with Clickbank or other network, you cannot forget about this - Many Clickbank products are well known for high reversal rate.
That sounds particulary low. I'm quite new to this but I earn at least that amount a day with only about 140 daily visits- mind you my ads are pretty much in your face. Just wish I could get up to 500 visits a day.
adsense is super hard to make money with unless you hav major traffic or your niche is something that has high paying keywords
However you choose to monetize your site is irrelevant. Priority should revolve around consistency. You can find people making a living both through adsense, clickbank and many other platforms. The platform you choose, will also affect how you pursue your opportunity.
It all depends if your traffic is targeted or not, I have one website with 10-20 visitors a day and making $ 30 month and one other site has 200 a day and makes just $ 5 month.
for me adsense has always worked the best. I think it is all about the position of ads, your niche and traffic type. In the end it is all about experiementing. Don't just say NO, try first!
Earnings from Adsense is low compared to affiliate marketing but getting a sale from affiliate product is not an easy task.I use both in my blogs.
Well, i think adsense is by far the best way to monetize your sites. even though they have just banned my account
promoting products is much better than earning from clicks with pennies. but of course you can just do both. with adsense in your site, it will make your site rank well. i notice that when i was banned in google, my rank dropped. so i decided to use my girl's adsense just to rank well in google.
I disagree with the OP on this topic. AdSense can generate a great deal of income and does for us and many others. We also use affiliate marketing, but the two strategies are very different. AdSense is an easy way to generate an income, while affiliate marketing requires a greater deal of effort. Both are very lucrative, so don't knock one because you prefer the other.
