just replace the position of the ads, please review it

    just made changes on position of the ads
    and replaced the 336 to a half banner ad

    Looks good. It blends in with the site and it's above the scroll. Good work.

    by the way (just to make sure) is it ok to create a tags area and put
    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    around that reason

    does that violates the TOS???

    I doubt if doing that will help. Tags are a bunch of links and not plain text, may not help. IMO, it doesn't violate the AdSense TOS.
