Do You ever ask bonuses or high payout from your merchant? I asked back in March 09 from my merchant and they said if in next 60 days I do well, they will give me 10%, and they were true to their word. Instead of providing details in DP, not sure if its allowed, just PM me and I can provide you details.

I get bonuses from several of the merchants I do business with based upon volume. One of them gives me a 25% bonus wehn I go over a certain volume and that adds up to hundreds of dollars a month. If you ask them, they will work with you. All you have to do is ask.
yes, and sranju - you'll want to try to form some kinda relationship with your account manager. if you just straight up ask withouth knowing the person, nor sending them much traffic, its obviously not going to work. if you know them relatively well and have talked on the phone a little, you are providing them with nice quality, then there should be little reason you cant get a price increase (per lead if you are CPA) or a bonus. i definitely have managed price increases as well.
