You have to put code so it triggers when the sale occur otherwise it is impossible to know it. Usually if you ask the product creator they usually are willing to do it, no one ever refused me. However I did have some lazy slow people but they did end up putting it in.

Yes You can! I have a Wii Website which Clickbank does not offer support to know more I am with Plimus for that offer. I am ranking high on keywords on Google as my landing page was optimized very well. However SEO does take time but I also wrote Articles and so on which are quicker to show up on search engines.
