    Well, Google keyword tool does not show good numbers for your key words "Heavily and Discounted".
    On the broad searched, they are only searched about 320 times a month with an exact search of 22 per month.
    That only makes it harder to get organic traffic. Still if you develop it and get some decent SEO behind it to rank on the top search for something like "Bargain" or something like that... then you should do well.
    I dont see it as a name that you will just be able to flip with out doing work for it.

    Just my opinion.
