It's only been a year to make 100.00 What should I do to raise this amount to something I can live on?

Congrats! I only use adsense to just keep earning some extra cash...if you want to earn full time, you need to have a lot of sites, update them regularly, and do everything you can to bring in targeted traffic.
This is actually a very general but accurate number if you're in an average niche. 1500-2000 unique visitors a day should make you $20-$30 a day for a normal niche. How do you get this?? That's the million dollar question 99% of the members here at DP will never figure out. You need traffic. Work on your keywords. Do SEO on your site based on those keywords. Keep building more backlinks..based on those keywords. Soon, you'll get even more nice, juicy, organic Google traffic and you'll be making $1000 a month. However, it's baby steps. First concentrate on what I said above and you'll start making $5.00 a day. Then $10 and up. Set goals for how much you want to make, and achieve them. I started out just like you. Making $.75 cents a day or less...for what seemed like months. Then my link building, articles, and SEO kicked in one day, and I was making several bucks a day. I built on that, made more pages & sites, optimized my Adsense units and I'm making $30 a day on autopilot now. You'll get there. Just keep focused and keep up the good work.

It all depends on traffic. If you have a good traffic, you can tweak on the conversion to increase your earning. Other than that, there's no other way.
Try putting together other sites. I experimented with various sites and some of them just don't give you back enough earnings. You get to see which sites do make money and then you can concentrate on those to make more by increasing your traffic.
