just lxadmin control panel or ..

    hi folks,

    should i just install lxadmin on its own >? or is there another third party script I should install for security/guarding etc..

    Well you will definately need to take other steps for security, I would install APF Firewall, BFD, Secure your SSHD, chkrootkit, rkhunter and disable insecure PHP functions at a very bare start.

    One simple thing you can do is change your SSH port from the default one otherwise you will find a lot of people will try to hack you.

    if you use cpanel you can use ELS - Easy Linux Security not sure if we will work with lxadmin but you can give a try.

    What level of security you expect Lx admin itself have lot of security features, too many security scripts may become mess later
