Hi there, I just launched my first pure affiliatesite. It's called Brafilm and is a norwegian landingpage for a movie rental site. This is my goals with it: 1. Get it indexed as fast as possible. 2. Rank high in the following keywords on norwegian search engines: Brafilm Bra film Brafilm.no Brafilm.com DVD utleie på nett I would say I know a thing or two about SEO. I know that anchor text, title and h1 tags are very important. The thing is, I've never made a simple site like this, so I have no idea how to market it. I guess I can't submit to directories because the site doesn't really have any real content, and I can't get linktrade with others. How do you market a simple site like this? And is there anything you would do different on-site?
putting an adsense will get your site indexed fast. ranking is another thing and it really needs some hardwork
This is correct. I have noticed like a bat out of hell how fast google will get you indexed with a little Adsense javascript dust. The only question is there any penalty or filter that is triggered with new website that just got indexed for the first time. My feeling is a definite "maybe". .02 -Dal

bidvertiser adengage and adbrite all are ppc ... and all are cheaper than google.... but then again google is the best lol
getting indexed... get some good PR backlinks a PR4 will get you indexed in about a week or 2 pr 5's are about a week... pr6 is like 5-6 days and i've heard a pr7 can get you in google in 2 days or atleast those are the timeframes i've heard... but backlinks are the way to get indexed fast
write articles, post to directories, create a press release. Do these things and the search engines will index your site. Basically you need to get links to your site.
Congrats on your first site man! Submit it to digg, and the other big social media sites, and you will be indexed in under 24hours.
