We have started a business performing 360 degree and spherical product animations. Our company is SpinLab and our website is www.spinlab360.com We believe without a doubt, most durable and soft goods manufacturers will be using 360 photography / animations on their websites- or at least if they want a better conversion ratio. With ad-words so pricey-its gotta be done! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Seems like a very interesting service. I see practical needs of this service for many businesses who do not have in-house expertise to create the spinning effect. Your examples are great and your site seems very easy to navigate. What methods are you planning to use to market this service? Would be happy to talk about your new service on my blog. Let me know through my blog if you are interested. See my signature for link.
A very interesting idea! I 've met somethng simular before, but your project looks more professional. As for the site design, I would put the company info - that's just my personal opinion!
The company info is on there Tagan. At the bottom. I think the site looks fine. I'm happy to now know about this service and the technology. Great stuff!
Looks nice but why all the bubbles? It looks like a website for kids. I was expecting something more serious looking.
The website design is horribly childish and unprofessional. Considering your many assertions about how you must implement 360 degree product presentations to not lose out on business, I find it ironic how you neglected a professional website design to not lose out on business. Moreover, even though it's good that you step into this niche of the market, I find it inefficient and unprofessional to a certain degree that you claim how anyone needs this without providing proof in the form of market research or just some statistics of an online shop.
I love the idea and think you can make great results. However I must agree with the rest of the comments here. Your site looks unprofessionel, and a bit childish. You might want to consult a webdesigner for a professionel design. (without M&M's in the background) Best of luck to your and your business!
I agree with most of the above info. You need to have the site redesigned. You are offering a great service, but you are selling it very poorly. A simple redesign would not cost to much.
I see the desing good, you must promote your site and start to advertise a little bit, to have more clients
Exactly. So many webmasters amaze me. They want to be successful, yet they don't even bother to try. Alexabot, stop posting shit just to be part of a thread. And learn how to spell. Moron.
Looks like a good idea to me but the overall design doesn't look very professional. I would say work on the design and on-site SEO first!
Great concept, the site definately needs to be overhauled and dressed up, it is not selling correctly. Regard, Robert
Just came across this post....The site looks great and the technology is definitely going to be a demand in the coming years. SpinLabs web site is easy to navigate. In regards to all the negative comment, I think overall the site is well organized and you can see the demos with ease. Good job on the new design!!! Keep up the good work.
