Just install stuble toolbar..now how to...

    Browse to your site like normal, then click the "Thumbs Up - I Like it!" and fill out the tags/review etc.

    just check that you are logged in, and after that simply browse your site and click i like it button, you should add your site in your profile also! you will learn all that slowly:)

    Go to your site, click thumbs up, add reviews. Also try adding friends then send your page to them thru the send to button at the toolbar. That will help you with traffic.
