Majority of Lebanese supported Hezbollah in their fight against Israel despite their internal conflicts. They have common enemy as I can see.

Bulloneyyyyy, The majority of the lebanese people had to go along with the recklessness of hesbollas attack on the isrealis soldiers and everyone knew why hezbolla did this. The tribunal was near for the investigation on the syrian involvement in the assasination of harriri, plus hezbolla got teh green light FROM THEIR MASTERS in IRAN. Sorry but hezbolla doesnt represent even 50% of the will of the lebanese people. Notice how during the war with isreal that even saniora called hezbolla the resistance?

You know why he said that? Cause if he didnt hezbolla or isreali intelligence would have taken him out. Hezbolla is the most hypocritical parties in lebanon. They are allowed to carry all their weapons, plus they allowed the syrian occupation to stay in lebanon for 15 years. When they say the majority of the lebanese people support hezbolla, i want to see proof and facts on this.

    What a jokeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Bogart the majority of the lebanese people dont support hezbolla no matter what these 2 posters claim , especially after their fight with the druze lebanese.
The sunnis, druz and christians are alltogether in unity, its only hezbolla and the COOKY general Aoun supporters that are with hezbolla, and general aoun(who was once a man i respected very much) let his lust for the presidency in lebanon blind him to what lebanon has turned into: A proxy state which he now supports that allows foreign countries to pull its strings.

Wow she is sexy :D. Iggy also the other problem here is that if you remember the big march hezbolla supports had for their occupyers the syrian army, they could match the support that march 14th had for their supporters so they shipped in boatloads of supporters from syria and had them in the hezbolla parade. In lebanon who is now going to go against hezbolla? They have the weapons and the training, but they do fear al qiada still and therefore must also give some weight to the sunni Imams there.

Iggy the proof is that hesbolla needed many shipped from across the border of syria to make their march 8th march match the amount of people that the march 14th people had. This right there shows me more people support the march 14th coalition then they do hezbolla.

Also polls cant speak for physical evidence, and if you saw sanioura he also had to say that hezbolla was the resistance even though they started this bs war .
If you follow polls than your very naive. The only poll i follow is the physical one on march 14th support parade.
Looks at the physical stats not the stats on paper. Hezbolla is irans proxy puppet. Iran (and to some extent syria say jump and hezbolla says " how high"), this march 14th march itself tells me that most lebanese are sick of being dragged into a conflict with isreal and wanna just be left alone. This is hezbollas fight and not the fight of the majority of lebanese.

IGGY, nice unbiased poll you got there looool, that staistician of that poll abdo saad is shiite , now i wonder how he is going to make this poll out lool.
here is some more info on the writer of that unbiased poll you just gave me Iggy. Looks like hezbolla has its stooges all over trying to drum up support for its illegal war with isreal

    http://lebanonheartblogs.blogspot.com/2007/07/electoral-analysis-part-ii.html

    Electoral Analysis Part II

Now to the numbers, but before that a brief sum up of the situation: Tensions are sky high in the Metn area. I fear that the elections will be wrought with violence and increased divisions between the two main factions (especially on the Christian side)

Meanwhile the army had to reinforce its deployment in the Metn and Beirut to enforce order, so between the North and South deployment and the border patrols with Syria the army is spread very, very thin.

The numbers: I collected these numbers from several sources, and are mostly based on the 2005 election and my own analysis. One of my main sources is Abdo Saad, a political analyst specialized in electoral statistics, but who heavily leans toward Aoun and his allies, and writes in the Al-Akhbar newspaper, which is backed by Hezblollah,. (Check out his articles on the elections here and here).

Hezbollah is not the will of the people. Hezbollah pushes its agenda with assasinations and armed attacks.

Using your logic you're part of US government...

You should read something about Hezbollah before making such statements. Besides military wing they have other parts too involved in social services and they run hospitals and educational facilities.

Its not enough. Im gonna prove that this guy is a pro hezbolla propagandist, and once i smell a little taste of the truth i wont rest until i find it all. Just like my debates with gtech i will be the same here:). Hezbolla represents teh will of the iranian government and not the will of the majority of lebanese. You dont represent your [people by having a state within a state and recklessly causing a war with isreal that no lebanese want by going cross border and kidnapping isreali soldiers. Amazing that this occured during the time when the international tribunal was getting closer and closer to our favorite occupier Bashar Assad lol.
Hmmm , with all of those assasinations of kkey figures that would have testified against the syrian government being dead it must have been a huge coincidence huh lol.

The agression was caused by hezbolla first. Contrary to what these fake polls say most lebanese dont want anything to do with having a war with isreal. It just doesnt make sense from a physical, economic or political point view . Unlessssss someone else were pulling the strings. Everyone knows that hezbolla is pro syria
even though the syrians occupied lebanon for 15 years(raped and plundered villages, taking over their homes, looting their furniture. I know first hand because i talked to alot of these people when i was there on my trip). Were u ever in lebanon during the syrian occupation?????????

Im glad i looked it up and this poll was from 800 people(allegedly sunni, shiite and christian) yet doesnt say where these people came from and who they were.
What a jokeeeeee. 800 people represent the will of the lebanese people. Hey iggy are u lebanese by any chance. My guess is probably not:)

USA is helping us a lot and we are thankful about that. But you will not see anyone in our country go against USA. In Lebanon, you should listen to some of Said-El-Hariri's speaches.

Hezbollah gets the money from Iran. The social servcies that Hezbollah provides are part of Hezbollah's state within a state. Nothing that Hezbollah provides is given without hidden costs or an agenda.

Said harriri Loved lebanon and was killed because he was for progress for his fellow lebanese. That is what is called a true patriot. Plus he never sold the soul of his country out;), I know the former occupying syrian army which hezbolla loved dearly was glad to see him gone.

Are you talking about Rafik Harriri? There are many people who love Lebanon, especially the Lebanese. They are strongly Nationalistic people. They always consider themselves as Lebanese First. Religion comes later. Rafik harriri was one such individual. No one knows who killed him, but one can only wonder "Who Benefits?"

Hezbolla was formed to fight the israeli invasion. israel still occupies parts of Lebanon, has never ceased over-flights, commando raids, kidnappings and targetted assasinations inside Lebanon. Everyone loves to blame Hezbolla for starting the 2006 conflict. But the commentators forget how many hundreds of Lebanese people still languish in israeli prisons, many of them without trials.

The Syrian Army was there to protect Lebanon in case of invasion by israel, which was known to the inner circles for a long time.Lbanese army is a big joke. During the conflict, these "soldiers" were serving tea to israeli invaders, while The Hezbollah was doing the real fighting.

    http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/08/17/mideast.main/index.html

I am not an Arab, not even a Shia. I am a Sunni, but I am still proud of Hezbollah. I deplore the greedy cowards in Saudi government who cannot see beyond their filthy self-interests. Palestinians are my brothers, and I cannot see them is pain and humiliation, in the world's largest open-air prison, where they cannot get even the most basic necessities like food and water, all financed by a Super-power 6000 miles away, who claims to support "Liberty", but is only too happy to support an apartheid regime responsible for creating the world's largest refugee population.
