I was wondering, because I think I've finally figured out how to do it. I've Got SEOpressor scores of over forty% on my last posts without trying hard, and am wondering if that's sufficient, and should now start to focus on other ways to promote my blog, like backlinks. Thoughts?
When you say SEO, are you talking about your on page SEO or off page SEO? The one you did with SEOpressor is on page SEO and too much keyword spamming will hurt you in the end. For on page SEO, having your keyword italized, bolded, and underlined ONLY once within a post can do the trick. That and aiming for the suggested LSI keywords is not a bad idea. If you're using SEOpressor, 40% is a bit on the low end and you need to aim for at least 80%. As for off page SEO, you're on the right track by thinking of backlinks. But then again, there's lot of ways to promote your blog. And backlinks just for the sake of having one will do more harm than good.
Get your seopressor score to at least 70%, even higher if you can. After that get backlinks on quality sites related to your site and through social media.
