i just read that you need to wait 60 days before placing adsense code on your new site? can someone comfirm if this is true? and if you have the time could you look at my site and let me know if anything is wrong ie violation of policy? http://www.thedoctorsforums.com thanks so much for any guidance.
i read it on another DP post and i had never heard that and i have read the TOS very thoroughly so i didn't think i was wrong and i don't think i am violating any of the terms. All of your feedback is greatly appreciated thank you!!!
umm a simple question bud if i wanted to promote my site this is not one of the ways i would do it, constructvie criticism is always welcome don't waste peopels time with posts like that
i read it on the DP forum i just can't remember what category it was i am pretty sure it was the buy a site category not 100% sure though anywyas thanks for all the input so far
I haven't heard of that rule. I always put Adsense on any new pages I create straight away, because it's a good way of getting Google to pay you a visit and spider any new pages that you want indexed.
rule does not exist, but I will take at least 60 days before you will see your first check. Site looks fine - have you tried adding a horizontal add bar just below the menubar? These work best for me
I agree with footballboy. I am sure this has more to do with payment rather than actually placing adsense on a website. Another possibility is that some publishers are now suggesting that you wait for a period of time before putting adsense on a new site. It is suggested that this might help your site to get listed in Yahoo and MSN. I have not seen any definitive studies that prove this. Phil G
that was actually part of the posters argument, he felt it would hurt him getting listed in the 3 SE's. Has anyone else heard this before? Can this be confirmed?
