maybe somebody reported that you are publishing copyrighted material. You can remove all your videos and ask them to start serving ads again, I know it doesn't sound like a good option
I think it's more than that. We can't review the site since there's a PHP error... so... just send them an e-mail.
The videos on the site are copyrighted... it's as simple as that. Even though they may be published on a major video site, doesn't mean they are there legally and can be re-distributed. The sports clips you show are copyrighted most likely by the network that first aired them or the sports league itself.

Yeah! i think you are displaying any copyrighted material in your site! which is legally not allowed because Media companies asked Google not to display their videos both in Youtube and other source.
