Last night my wife and i went to Abt Electronics to look at a flat pannel LCD HDTV. We found a sweet 19" samsung for our bedroom. the model # is LNT1954H. They had a display model for $298. The regular was $478 or something like that. So we saved almost 200 bucks. But then we got home and after wiping the smudges off the screen we noticed a dead pixel. So i called Abt back to get a replacement. But since that was the only display model they were not gonna give me a brand new one. But after i objected they changed their mind and said they would give us a brand spank'n new one. That's a pretty sweet deal on a pretty sweet HDTV. It also shows some great Customer Support by Abt. Why can't all stores be like that?
