Just got IE8, not too happy

I think you will surely not be happy with IE8. I will not try ie8 within 2 years. IE7 is still not popular here in my country.

 

i will get my hands on Google Chrome as soon as its ready and give it a try!

 

Well why not report the bug to MS instead of telling us about it? It's what the beta is for, finding and reporting bugs. Not just to see what the browser is like.

I'm still using version 6 if i need to use IE. Firefox for everything else

 

i did report it for your information, and why can't i tell you guys about it and discuss, its what general chat is for?

 

I wont use or event attempt to use IE.
