    I paid $90 USD to ag3nt bi0s for an owned vBulletin license.

    Turns out a user left a negative iTrader for him indicating that he uses stolen credit cards:

    It's been almost 48 hours, and I've seen him logged on multiple times already. He hasn't transferred the license over to me.

    God damn it. I knew something was up with him. I can't believe I actually went through with it. -_-

    I have now made a dispute with PayPal and I will chargeback his ass.

    You do business at your own risk here. We don't get involved in private business disputes. I suggest you file a Paypal dispute or credit card chargeback if you have reason to dispute to the payment.
