    I do not think ad sharing has anything to do with it. Then so many more people with BIG +++++ should be banned beucase they have so many more post. Anyone can see you PUB just going to your account its no secret.
    But i think google should at least tell where when and how you have cheated them. I would sue them what do you have to loose? :D
