I just got banned from ebay because I violated some copyright laws. Now I just opened a new ebay account but I'm wondering if I can link my verified paypal account to my new ebay acct without risking being banned again. I do not have anotherbank account yet so I can't really open a new paypal account as well.

Need youropinion our experience on this.

Do you mean by linking the same paypal account that you use it at the banned ebay account?
    If yes,then no.
Ebay will ban you sooner or later after they conducting routine check.
I suggest you to contact ebay and sort the banning account problem out.

You can contact Ebay and ask them what to do.

Exactly. They do not ban members and then expect them to register new accounts. You should rather email their support team and ask them to suggest you a way to "repair" the situation, if anything at all can be done about it. What sort of violations did you get involved in?

selling a product without the rights is really a serious violation. i don't think ebay will allow you to register again.

You need to get the ban appealed. This will require your to write ebay and basically tell them that you understand "now" that what you did was wrong, and that you will not do it again. Depending on how egregious the infraction was, they may or may not reestablish your account privileges. If you do anything close to the same infringement again, you will get banned very quickly.

Here's their information pages on suspended accounts: http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/suspended-accounts.html

If you opened a new account with eBay they will trace your IP and ban your new account.
