    Hello Manish,

    Thank you for contacting ClickBank.

We did experience a brief partial outage of orders on 02/14/08. You can read more about this by logging into your account. On your Account Home page, scroll down to System Log, and click on the appropriate date.

You can always read about site outages and other system issues here.

It can be very frustrating to take out advertisements and receive no sales. Although we do not guarantee that products will sell, your success is important to us. Here is some advice that may help make your advertising result in more sales.

If you are not currently finding success, you may wish to consider altering your advertising campaign. Here are a few ways some of our affiliates advertise: you can put ads in online magazines, you can put ads in online classifieds, you can advertise on Google or other search engines. Some affiliates even take out ads in newspapers or market via direct mail.

Please let me know if I can further assist you!

    Thank you,
    Shelly

This is what i mailed them:
    Subject: Affiliate Set Up Questions

    Questions:
I have heard that something is wrong with your credit card accpeti8ng system also one of my customers also enoughed this to me.If it is so when will it be solved. Also many many of my friends are your loyal affiliates from onths and sell your products. They are now planning to leave click bank.So please inform us what is the problem so that we can determine how much time we would have to wait to get things back to normal. We like clickbank but its stinking from th last few days in terms of sales. Also please tell us the truth so that we can freeze our ppc campaigns and stop losing money.
    Kindly waiting in anticipation.
    Manish Talreja

So this means they are either not knowing that there exists an problem(chances of which are very slim) or they are trying to cover up there problem.
pl. post your veiws regarding this.

Finally, the answer we've been looking for. I never thought about newspaper advertising. Do they also provide a tracking software for newspaper so we can know how many people read the ad?
    Come on.
I emailed them two days ago about my will to become a publisher, but informed them that I don't know whether to choose ClickBank since I read some forum threads about problems (I also gave some links there). I mentioned that I consider 2Checkout, PayDotCom, etc. No answer yet.
But when I asked for product approval, I got it after three hours.

    Something's fishy.

clickbank is full of crap. Im goin to make the switch soon so i can put my ppc ads back on. No point on paying for clicks when your sales wont go through. like come on

They will never admit to a problem that would have affected so many affiliates and cost them money.

I did notice that some of the CB products I promote are also over at paydotcom. I may jump ship on those products only and see if conversions improve.
