From what I understand of 12dp, it was definitely stealing...and the members who were making big bucks were in effect stealing from the people who joined lately. Thing I don't understand about autosurfs (or any site where you are paid to view pages)...why submit your site, you know that most of the people viewing pages are just doing it to get their quota of viewed pages and could care less about WHAT they are viewing...yeah, real QUALITY traffic there.
Some good autosurfs like AlertPayPro were adding some Dollar Pages so you had to check every single page in order to see a Dollar Page which included 5$ , 10$ 50$ and 100$ Olgi
