Just got a google free webhosting invitation code

Anyone got the same email?

Hmm doesnt look legit to me try loading google-webhosts.com and its a blank page try searching it on google no returns and if google did bring out a hosting service you would imagine it to be webhosting.google.com or ghosts.com

 

WHEN I DIRECTLY ACCESSED THIS WEBSITE IT DOESNT SHOWS UP ANYTHING JUST FU## BLANK PAGE.

Come on guys, are you really looking the domain up thinking it's legit? The English in that email is horrible and would never come from Google.

This page would seem more appropriate http://sites.google.com/

I did a Whois search for the domain google-webhosts dot com, which reveals an address in Hong Kong. This hardly seems likely for a legitimate Google product.

I suspect that Google may have already used their power to close the site.

Maybe it was a phishing email... Did the full link in your email (http://google-webhosts.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/) go to a page or was it blank like http://google-webhosts.com?

 

Did u try to proceed the email? try to do further nothing loosing then will see

The poor English grammar would indicate some scammer from a undeveloped 3rd world country....

Google knows how to spell and use grammar perfectly.

It must have been one of those sites that are trying to get your account password. Better be careful!
