All Indians will be happy ..if we can see the difference in our accounts in 72 hours..atleast they can stop us to look for alternatives to paypal...

Yeah bro this is mail from paypal and i am 100% damn sure they 'll credited our reversed fee money in our paypal accounts....so lets cheers..
Still lot's of issues, this refund is not at all legitimate. I got same mail yesterday, my account restored to positive from negative balance, but I have few more question, 1. Why charges are not reversed. 2. Why my account balance is less than money I kept with them. 3. Who is responsible for currency conversion charges. I am surprised again.. I use to have $800 as account balance and paypal send 2 reversal of $2000+ amount each my account use to have a (-) Negative balance of USD 2400, the good note is restored to positive balance today, but I only has $150 left in my account. i wonder where all my money gone?
Let's wait..for 72 Hours more..Let's keep our fingures crossed for Good thing. May we get the differences what we lost in reversal.
I hope the issue will be resolved within couple of days. The Money we have lost due to reversal will also be credited back to our account.
just dont ask me , i will yell out of joy if that happens . the email is deifinitely seemed a good sign and as they have given a hint that they are experiencing problem with that electronic fund transfer . so it seems theres some problem on their side ... just a mere speculation though but m still happy things getting a bit life. !
I think that our ever-smiling Anuj has missed something like credit card being charged for recovering the negative balance..

I think the time to yell out has came fro you. I had a phone call to PayPal and they are saying that they had some technical problem in last few days, which made them reverse the withdrawals to India in that period of time. When I asked him when I can withdraw my money, he said it was only that particular period of time they had problem and they have resolved it, now we can withdraw money to our bank a/cs. I asked him 2 times is the issue being resolved, he said yes, they have upgraded their system. Though its a good news but I am a bit suspicious seeing all these dramas of PayPal, Just waiting for someone to confirm it again on a call to PayPal.
