The Pittsburgh G20 is going to take place toward the end of the month. After searching a little more about the g20 (and what to expect), I came across some videos and articles about Pittsburgh being a green city. I though...um...ok....but what about the smog and steel mills? Well, there are only a few left and the air quality has actually cleaned up.

The other interesting thing thing I didn't know about Pittsburgh (even though I live here) is that Pittsburgh has more "green" certified buildings that any other city in America. Pretty cool stuff. I'll have to post a link to one of the videos.

I love that the city is going green because the economy's so bad the factories are shutting down.

That being said, Detroit will soon be the city with lowest crime in America due to the fact there is no more money or things of value anymore to steal.

There will be crime, poor city means crime no matter what, and there will still be things of value, people live there.

Pittsburgh's economy is actually different than...our industry is turning more toward technology and healthcare. Google and Seagate actually have offices here now.
