    Content......You could always turn it into a blog....Niche blog...possibly a blog on seo, search engine related topics, webmaster, web design etc. You could also sell the blog links + blog posts.

    Btw the grandma bit was hilarious.....

    The 5 links is just to get the PR of them sites up. SOme of them sites don't even work (it better than using it for nothing).
    I might exchange links with other PR4 sites to maintain it, then sell links on it :)
